Order Confirmation and Delivery Time:

We offer the easiest way to order online. If you need to order but you cannot visit our shop, no need to worry because you can order anytime and anywhere – even at the comfort of your home. Just search our aesthetic gallery of flowers, add to cart, and pay online.

Order confirmation does not exceed one hour, we are very responsive, and you can talk to us real-time using Facebook Messenger and thru our mobile numbers. We do same day delivery on orders before 4:00 pm and we are open every day. We also offer free flower delivery within Metro Manila. You may choose your preferred delivery slot.

Message to Recipient:

You can send us your customized message for your recipients. If you cannot choose the right words to say, we can put some quotations or cheesy lines of your choice. You can also choose from a handwritten message or printed message. We make sure that you can express your deepest thoughts and feelings for the recipient of your flower.

Flower Substitution:

If your choice of flower is not available for the time being, we can recommend our best substitute that suits your taste and occasion. We also offer gifts like cakes, balloons, stuffed toys, whichever is according to your choice.

Packaging Substitution:

You can choose your own color or design of wrap for your bouquet. You may also choose what kind of basket, vase, or ribbon you like. In other words, you can customize your flower based on you own preference.

Return and Exchange Policy:

The utmost care and attention are given to your order to ensure your delivery perfectly. In dealing with highly perishable products, if in case anything goes wrong, you bring up a concern or complaint, we will always listen and resolve the issue as quick as possible. We assure you that you will be satisfied with our flower arrangement.

Refund:
  • If cancellation was made by the customer 5 days before the delivery date, customer will get full refund of the paid amount
  • If cancellation was made by the customer 3 days before the delivery date, customer will 50% of the total amount paid
  • If cancellation was made by the customer less than 3 days before the delivery date, customer will not get any refund
Return & Replace:

If the customer is not satisfied with item for a valid reason, item may be replaced if recipient can send back the item as delivered within 3 working days, but cannot be refunded.

We will surely replace the item if you can inform us within 24 hours upon delivery of your items if:

  • Items damaged in transit.
  • Delivered wrong items

Items cannot be exchanged with any other item.
